Newly built dream summer house on Sjællands Odde

We've just built this holiday home on Sjællands Odde. The house is spacious and south-facing, with a large wooden deck—perfect for cosy outdoor moments. You'll enjoy peace and quiet, secluded nature, and plenty of space.

Inside, you'll find a bright kitchen-dining area with a modern kitchen, an alcove, large windows and a fireplace. The living room provides a natural flow between the rooms. The bedrooms are arranged so that one's separate, while the other two are located at the far end of the house with a loft above.

The large wooden deck serves as the home’s natural outdoor gathering spot. The property is private and secluded, surrounded by nature. Here, you’ll have plenty of space to sit back and enjoy the south-facing sunlight without feeling close to the neighbours.

The area offers a beach, harbour towns and ice-cream parlours nearby. Nygaarden, Gniben and Gudmindrup Strand are all places you can explore. Nykøbing Sjælland and Rørvig are also in the area, providing access to city life and more coastline.
