The open kitchen-dining room is the natural focal point of the house. Here, the large southwest-facing windows bring light into the living room, while fine heirlooms add soul to the original kitchen. From the cozy loft, there are views to the north over the meadows and Aarhus Bay. Enjoy a good movie on the TV or catch the amazing Northern Lights if you're lucky.

In the secluded garden, there is room to let the silence embrace you, while meals can be enjoyed in both sun and shade on the covered terrace. Around the garden, several lovely clearings have been created where you can gather and enjoy the outdoors. Pick wild blackberries, rosehips, currants and apples, or fire up the pizza oven while the kids let their imaginations run wild in the cozy cave in the treetop. If you feel like putting your kayaks in the water, the finest, child-friendly beach is only 200 meters away.
