16th-century manor in a village near Uzès

This 16th-century residence welcomes you to the heart of a medieval village, just eight minutes from Uzès, set within a 4,000-square-meter listed park. As soon as you enter, you are struck by the tranquil grandeur of the place: the spacious rooms, the stonework, and the light that shifts with the time of day.

The house is organized around a monumental stone staircase. Three living rooms with distinct characters await you: one for watching a movie with the family, another for entertaining, and a third with a grand piano. The large dining room opens onto the fully equipped kitchen. From the panoramic terrace, you overlook the French garden.

In front of the house, a covered terrace with a barbecue, griddle, and wood-fired oven becomes your main living space from April to October. The saltwater pool, which is secured and maintained daily, faces the front of the house. A pétanque court, ping-pong table, and lounge chairs: everything you need to brighten your days.

On Tuesday mornings, the Uzès market awaits you: flowers, cheeses, olives, and garrigue honey. Arrive early and enjoy a coffee under the arcades before the crowds arrive. The Pont du Gard is best visited early in the morning or after 6 p.m. The Gardon Gorges offer a magnificent canoeing route between Collias and Russan. Nîmes and its Roman amphitheater are just twenty minutes away.
