The beach is not far from the house and offers beautiful sunrises over Flensborg Fjord. The nearby Alssti and Gendarmsti are ideal routes for a hike. Kegnæs Lighthouse is a short walk away from the house, where you can - in calm weather - climb up to the lighthouse. The fjord's coastline is ideal for water sports, and Kegnæs in particular is popular with kite and wind surfers.
