Architect-designed house in Odsherred

You will find your very own refuge among the birch trees, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. The house has been designed from the ground up with light, shelter, and nature in mind, unfolding right outside the windows. Here, modern architecture meets the wild beauty of Odsherred with its cormorants, bird life, and Sejerø Bay on the horizon.

The house offers a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove and alcove, as well as underfloor heating. Two separate living areas with sliding doors ensure that you can share the house in peace and quiet, each area has a hallway leading to two bedrooms and a bathroom. Large windows let in light and create a connection to nature.

Terraces surround the house, allowing you to follow the sun from morning to evening. Among the birch trees is a wilderness bath for 5-7 people with direct access from the bathroom and right next to the house's outdoor shower. Deer still pass through the garden on their way to the Natura 2000 area, and you wake up to the sound of the waves.

The boardwalk over the dunes takes you to the beach in 7-8 minutes. The dike 100 meters away offers sunsets across the entire horizon. Ellinge Forest, Haveje by the dunes, and Højby with frisbee golf, padel, and mini golf are within a short distance. Sommerland Sjælland and Rørvig Harbor are perfect for family outings.
