You will find this house, part of a farmhouse, located in the hills between Pisa and Lucca, where solar panels power your stay and mountain spring water fills your glass. From the terrace, you can admire the Leaning Tower, the Tyrrhenian coast, and even Corsica in the distance. Hand-painted murals and handcrafted tables add character to these carefully restored farmhouses.

Each room has been color-coordinated by interior designer Emanuela Vicario, who added hand-painted murals to the bedrooms. Local craftsman Roberto Pelegrini made the kitchen and outdoor tables, while the marble countertops were hand-cut by local artisans. The house combines traditional restoration with artistic touches in every room.

You are surrounded by terraced olive groves dating back to the 13th century, which now produce organic olive oil for your use. A 200-year-old stone wood-fired oven is ready for outdoor cooking, with views of the coast. The communal swimming pool is fed by the same mountain spring that supplies the houses.

Hiking trails lead directly from your door to the wooded hills with ancient monuments. Both Pisa and Lucca are 20 minutes away, while the thermal baths of San Giuliano Terme are a 10-minute drive. Walk to the Villa Poschi restaurant at the foot of the hill or the sandy beaches along the coast in 30-40 minutes by car.
