The farmhouse has been carefully renovated with limestone, four fireplaces, hardwood floors, and exposed beams. In the former barn, you’ll find a charming guesthouse with three rooms and a kitchen. The service building houses a laundry room, shower, wood-fired sauna, and a loft with extra sleeping space.

The property is surrounded by forest on two sides and opens up to beautiful views on the others. There is a greenhouse and a large concrete patio where you can socialize undisturbed. Nearby neighbors are hidden behind a curtain of trees, and along the gravel road lies Kullshage Bruk with organic vegetables and flowers.

Cycle to Kappelshamn with its child-friendly sandy beach, harbor, and restaurant. Four bicycles are available to borrow for nearby excursions. Explore the Träskmyr Nature Reserve with its birdwatching towers and orchids. The Sigsarve cliff coast and the expansive sandy beach of Ihreviken are just a short drive away.
