You’ll find relaxation in this light-filled timber-frame house with a direct view of the fields. The nearby lake is perfect for swimming and fishing, while your dogs can play safely in the fenced-in garden. From May through October, a rowboat and SUP are available to you free of charge.

Spanning 75 square meters, a bright, open living area awaits you, featuring a fireplace and large windows overlooking the garden. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need for shared meals. Two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a sauna, walk-in shower, and washing machine ensure your comfort. Underfloor heating and fiber-optic Wi-Fi are available throughout the house.

The fully fenced garden, featuring a terrace, swing, hammock, and fire pit, becomes a second living room. Through the garden gate, you have direct access to fields and forests for walks and bike rides. The carport provides space for two vehicles.

The quiet vacation home community is located in the landscape conservation area on Lake Dümmer. Watch sea eagles, cranes, and storks, gaze at the clear starry sky, and explore well-maintained bike paths through the woods. Schwerin, with its World Heritage-listed castle, the Baltic Sea, Wismar, and Lübeck are all within an hour’s drive.
