The villa is nestled in the Apulian scrubland near Manduria and has recently been completely renovated using high-quality materials and custom details with Mediterranean charm. The villa and its guesthouse can accommodate six people in three bedrooms, with the option of sleeping two additional guests on a sofa bed in the guesthouse’s living room.

The interior design is meticulously crafted, and the indoor and outdoor spaces blend harmoniously. The custom-made features and Mediterranean-style details impart a tangible sense of comfort that permeates every room. The guesthouse has its own living area and is connected to the villa via a garden spanning approximately 2,000 m².

Outside, there are shaded areas under olive trees, sunny spots to relax, and a heated pool. The covered terrace is perfect for breakfast, while the outdoor kitchen makes it easy to prepare barbecues in the evening. The garden offers spaces where you can find tranquility at different times of the day.

In the area, we recommend beaches such as Punta Prosciutto, Torre Lapillo, Torre Boracco, and San Pietro in Bevagna along the Ionian coast. Towns such as Porto Cesareo, Gallipoli, Lecce, Otranto, Alberobello, and Ostuni are also worth a visit.
