Beautiful flat in a historic estate on Grefsen

This apartment in Grefsen is steeped in history—from its stucco and antique details to photographs showing what the farm looked like in 1880. Following a complete renovation in 2020, the 150 m² space is filled with a lovely mix of new and antique furniture, creating a truly unique atmosphere.

The flat has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with a fireplace and TV, a kitchen with a dining area, and a bright sunroom. You can move freely between the rooms—each has its own entrance. The kitchen's well-equipped, and from the kitchen window you can see the old storage shed in the garden.

You've got private access to the large garden, which is sunny from morning to evening. From the sunroom, you’ll enjoy views of downtown, Holmenkollen, and the Oslo Fjord. It’s a lovely spot to sit down with a cup of coffee or gather around a table outdoors.

Nearby, you’ll find the tram stop just two minutes away, the Odeon cinema, and Storo Shopping Centre. A cosy café sits right nearby. The Norwegian Museum of Science and Technology is about a 15–20-minute walk away, and the Frysja swimming area is about 20–25 minutes away. The hike up to Grefsenkollen offers beautiful walking terrain with views of all of Oslo.
