House among dunes and trees in Søndervig

The holiday home is located on a large, open, hilly natural plot. At the back of the plot there is a cluster of spruce trees that invite you to play and hide and seek. The plot is covered with sea straw, grasses and green shrubs.

The cottage is decorated in a cozy, personal and Nordic style, and the living room and kitchen are one in the same. The space is bright and open and exudes a cozy cottage style. There is a small, newly renovated and well-equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Adjacent to the kitchen is a good dining area for six people. If guests should drop by, you can also set the table for more.

The three actual bedrooms are decorated with different colors and interiors - there's a children's room with a bunk bed, a cozy bedroom with a single bed that can be pulled out into a double, and then there's the master bedroom with a double bed and plenty of closet space. The new wooden floors in all the rooms create a great atmosphere and warm cottage style. The bathroom has also been newly renovated with underfloor heating and a shower, and here the warm pink shades from the kitchen are repeated to create a cohesive look.

In the warmer months, you can enjoy your coffee and the view of the garden in the small conservatory. Here, the large windows let nature in, and it's furnished with bamboo chairs and rugs. The first sun of spring is perfect to experience here. Adjacent to the conservatory is a small room that can be used in the summer.

In front of the cottage is a small, fenced terrace with tiles and green plants. Here you can enjoy the sunrise and the long view of Ringkøbing Fjord. There is a lot of traffic on this side of the house, so you'll never get bored here. When it's time to relax, you can move to the large, cozy terrace area behind the house. Here you can barbecue, sunbathe and play games for children and the young at heart. There is a smaller area on the grounds with a lawn where you can play croquet, ball or rod tennis. For the little ones, there is also a swing set and a sandpit where time can stand still and play can go on for hours.

The holiday home is located in a small pocket with three other holiday homes, so you're free from prying eyes and can enjoy the company. And if you need a breath of fresh air, you can take a trip to the North Sea, which is just 1100 meters from the cottage.
