The spacious apartment extends over 95 m2 and offers maximum living comfort for up to five people and two small children. The open-plan living and dining area is equipped with a modern kitchen and invites you to spend time together. A stylish and comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a large children's room with a loft bed and a single bed offer enough space for all guests. In addition, two baby cribs can be added for infants. A special highlight is the wellness bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and private sauna - the perfect place to slow down from everyday life.
The spacious garden is an oasis of tranquility. Whether under the old fruit trees or on the loggia with lounge sofa - here you are guaranteed to find your favorite spot. From here you have a wonderful view of the picturesque Spree Valley. In the surrounding area, hiking trails invite you to take excursions into nature and historic cities like Bautzen, Görlitz and Dresden are only a stone's throw away.

Our house has a history of over 260 years and stands for everything we love about our home, Upper Lusatia: Down-to-earthness, diligence, entrepreneurial spirit, authenticity, family and cohesion. It was built in 1758 and we are proud to have carefully restored it and awakened it from its slumber. Now we are happy that this very special house has become a temporary home for many people.
