The generous living room centres around a fireplace and comfortable seating area, perfect for relaxing evenings. Both kitchen and living room open onto terraces and porticos. Four tastefully decorated bedrooms sleep eight guests, with two featuring en-suite bathrooms and the other two sharing a large bathroom. A guest WC and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer complete the ground floor.

The stunning 6.5 by 13-metre pool is the centrepiece of your outdoor space. One side features shallow steps for lounging, whilst the other is deeper for swimming. A shaded portico houses an outdoor kitchen with dishwasher and large fridge, plus a dining table overlooking the Tiber Valley and Sabina region. The pool terrace offers sunbeds, outdoor showers and a guest WC.

Rome, Orvieto, Narni, Viterbo and Rieti are all within 50–60 km. The Sabina-Umbria region is renowned for excellent dining and wine tasting. Hiking, horse riding and cycling are readily available nearby. Yoga, massage and wine tastings can be arranged upon request.
