I love the peace and quiet of our wonderful house here in Hornbæk. My husband and I are thinking of settling here all year round in our old age, and our grandchildren are the 4th generation here, so it really is a place where we belong. Under the old pine trees, our cottage is situated on a large natural plot with the beach, sea and plantation just a 5-10 minute walk from the cottage.
We love the area and enjoy visiting the Rudolph Tegner Museum & Statue Park and the beautiful nature of Rusland Bakker, which is at the end of our road. Hornbæk town center can be reached on foot along the beach path. We love to gather around the long table for dinner at Hotel Hornbækhus and I enjoy practicing yoga in the garden at Villa Strand, where I am a yoga instructor. We love the culture in the area, where we like to meet new people and make new acquaintances. We love the North Zealand coast facing the Kattegat, known as the Danish Riviera, where we believe you can experience the most beautiful sunsets in Zealand.
