Spacious and cozy flat in Grünerløkka

This apartment is located on a quiet street in Grünerløkka, with soccer, basketball, and table tennis courts right across the street. The high first floor makes it easy to enjoy the beautifully maintained backyard, which is accessible only to residents of the surrounding buildings.

The apartment is spacious and divided into several areas, so you can gather together or have some space to yourselves. The kitchen is large enough for several people to cook at the same time, and there are plenty of seating options. Even if one living room is used as a bedroom, there are still enough sofas and chairs in the other.

The backyard is quiet and green, with tables available and a shared grill. In the summer, clotheslines stretch across the courtyard, giving it a distinctive character. The grassy area 50 meters from the apartment is a great place to enjoy the evening sun.

Grünerløkka offers vintage shops, restaurants, and cafés within walking distance. The ramen restaurant Hrimnir is a three-minute walk away, and Vega Scene is another three minutes from there. The nearest tram stop is a few hundred meters away, and the city forest is available for cross-country skiing in the winter.
