Surrounded by idyllic fields and with the sea just 400 metres from the front door, you will find this beautiful old half-timbered house dating from 1880. Here you can explore the rich animal and bird life up close, whether on land, at sea or in the air.

With its unique location right in the middle of a Natura 2000 area, there is the possibility to see sea eagles migrating in the sky above the courtyard and in the backyard you will find the nature reserve Kalløgrå, where you can see the beautiful sea kite and a host of Wadden Sea birds.

The farmhouse has been carefully renovated with respect for the house's history, and with its 173 square metres it can be the setting for a holiday for several generations. The house is decorated in an authentic style and with four spacious rooms, where there is room for both large and small. Prepare a delicious family dinner in the large kitchen, while the family talks from the dining room. Curl up on the sofa with an interesting book or pour a cold glass of wine and enjoy nature and the sunset over the bay from the house's lovely wooden terrace.

In the garden there is free play for the children with both a fire pit and football goal while you can relax with the finest views of the islands, Askø, Fejø and Femø. On the beautiful natural beach just a few minutes walk from the house there is shallow water, so the children can swim quietly, and there is also ample opportunity for both kayaking and a trip on the paddleboard. You and the family can also go on a trip to Knuthenborg Safari Park, swim at Nysted Beach or take a trip to Sakskøbing to enjoy the more vibrant life. There's something for everyone here.
