The approximately 60 m² terrace with a covered pergola is perfect for outdoor seating. The spacious garden borders directly on the forest. There's also a carport parking space. Walking paths and hiking trails start right at the house. The house sits slightly above the Fulda River, and you can easily reach Fulda by car. You can reach both the Rhön and the Vogelsberg in about 30 minutes. Good to know: starting in 2027, host Miriam will use part of the ground floor as a short-term practice space. Thanks to a separate entrance, you won't notice it, and your privacy will remain completely unaffected.
