Renovated 70s home surrounded by lovely nature

Both from a distance and when you step inside, you can clearly see the beautiful architectural lines of the cottage. In the open kitchen, the dining table is placed in front of the large panoramic windows, where the unique view of the landscape can be enjoyed for all the day's meals. Moving to the left, the living room opens up to a cosy large sofa area with plenty of space to enjoy a good book and warm up by the fireplace. The bathroom is a real 70's dream with blue sanitary and shower. All around the house we have built a huge terrace, so you can always find a corner with shelter or sun while enjoying the view.

The nature around the cottage is unique, we especially enjoy the view of the bay of Lake Erie to the west, the forest to the north, and the hilly fields to the south. In the summer the sun sets over the sea and we generally have some amazing sunsets. The house is only 2 km from the beach, and the walk there is really nice. When we are not touring the local area we use the garden really a lot. It is quite special and very child friendly to explore. The whole front garden is one big hill that you can sled on in winter, and we have made a cave for the kids with a secret slide down to the lake.

The cottage really is a wonderful retreat for us, where the family can gather for shared nature experiences and enjoy the tranquillity.
