For our family, Kandestederne is a very special place in Denmark. The nature, the North Sea and the light are simply unique. We built Nordhytten ourselves, and the location overlooking Råbjerg Mile makes it very special. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Nikolai and Jannie's house is a lovely place nestled in nature and calm very close to Råbjerg Mile and the beach- the ideal place to unwind and relax, enjoy the nature and quiet and have some cosy game nights by the fire.
We loved their attention to detail, the high quality furniture and their use of old pieces mixed with new pieces and clean lines.
The big windows let in a lot of light and the skylights enable you to watch the stars once the sky is clear - even though there's other houses in the area you never feel watched because the grounds are surrounded by nature and the house sits on a little hill. So full view without feeling "viewed".
We loved the ceramics and the quooker in the kitchen for our tea!
