Our names are Thorbjørn and Camilla and we live in Skødstrup 30 minutes from Sommerhuset. We have two children aged 19 and 20.
We have had a summer house in Dråby since 2005 and this summer house since 2017.
When we are here, we are almost always outside. We usually start by lighting a fire and turning the shelter.
Food is often cooked over the fire, in the smoker or on the grill.
The area around Ebeltoft has many good cycling and hiking routes that invite for day trips. We highly recommend a trip to Jernhatten, Ebeltoft Farm Brewery or the fantastic Dråby beach.
We often sleep in the shelter where it's always an eye-opening experience to wake up to birds chirping and the sound of the ocean waves.

We spent a week in the vacation home and received a very warm welcome. The vacation home is beautifully located, and we enjoyed the expansive view of the sea. It was especially nice to watch the lighthouse in the evening. The property is well landscaped, providing plenty of privacy. The children enjoyed the large garden. There was plenty of space for the four of us, and we had everything we needed!
