Historic country house in the middle of the secluded nature of the Ruppiner Seenland

The north of Brandenburg is simply unique. Here, between Berlin and the Baltic Sea, are the largest and most beautiful bathing lakes in the country, including the beautiful Stechlinsee at the Uckermärkische Seenplatte. It is the largest clear water lake in Germany and is located right next to the nature park, surrounded by a large beech forest, which offers a special charm to experience and discover through hiking trails.

And not far away you will find the small village Buchholz, away from the noisy traffic, with only 22 houses and a baroque church, in the middle of the nature park Stechlin. And one of these 22 houses is the house of Annette and her husband, lovingly renovated and tastefully furnished.

Here, country style meets modern elegance, stylish furniture made of wood and metal meets tasteful art, illuminated by the sunshine that falls comfortably into the house through the large windows. In the 160 year old fieldstone building, historical details combine with modern furnishing elements, the house offers you a rustic country feeling and yet modern comfort at the same time.

Here, up to four people have enough space in two spacious bedrooms, both with private bathrooms. So it is the perfect house for couples or vacation with friends.

The large living area with oak floorboards and antique library, the open fireplace and the adjoining large kitchen invite you to linger and dream. Here you can relax and read a book, play games or cook together in a dreamlike atmosphere.

The Finnish sauna with a panoramic view of nature provides the extra portion of relaxation with a feeling of luxury - in fact, you can look directly into nature from every room and be completely undisturbed, because the house is detached on a 6,000m2 plot surrounded by meadows and forests.
