The apartment on Østerbrogade has been recently renovated and features high ceilings and two balconies that offer two completely different experiences throughout the day: tranquility facing the courtyard in the morning and afternoon sun facing the street from noon onward. New balcony doors and windows keep traffic noise out when closed.

The living room features a large dining table and access to the street-facing balcony. The bedroom is quiet and opens onto the courtyard-facing balcony, so you can sleep with the door open at night. There’s also an office with a narrow vintage daybed, and you can sleep on the sofa in the living room if there are several of you.

Netto is located in the same building, and both SuperBrugsen and Lidl are nearby. Svanemøllen St. is 200 m away and offers an S-train to Nørreport in 6 minutes and 3 stops, or an 18-minute bike ride. The nearest metro stop is Poul Henningsens Plads, about 800 m toward the city center.

Just around the corner is Gotland Vinbar, with afternoon sun and great food; Barley Bar, with happy hour on G&Ts Thursday through Saturday from 5–7 p.m.; and Salon 222, serving coffee and croissants. Rent a bike and be at the beach in 4 minutes. A large SATS gym and the Lidkøb thrift store at Strynøgade 7 are located 300 meters from the apartment.
