In our apartment, you can enjoy natural light all day long through large windows that frame both the sunrise over the Øresund and the sunset over the Marble Church. The two balconies are a natural part of the home—the south-facing one invites you to enjoy long lunches overlooking the water, while the north-facing one is perfect for dinner and barbecues as the sun sets.

The kitchen and living room form the heart of the home, where the family naturally gathers. There is a lovely children’s room with toys for the little ones aged 0–3, and the spacious bedroom includes a bed rail for babies under one year old. The home is decorated simply and calmly, with a focus on family life.

Right in the courtyard, you’ll find a fantastic playground for the little ones, and the area offers many more playgrounds and green spaces. Amager Strandpark Nature Center is perfect for time by the water, while Kajakhotellet offers kayak rentals and excellent coffee. The dog beach is just a few steps away—a beautiful green haven for walks or a dip.

In the neighborhood, you’ll find Copenhagen Coffee Lab for great coffee and Kasada for breakfast and lunch. Restaurant Pulpo offers a more refined dining experience, while Sundby Sejl serves authentic Danish home-style cooking in a genuine atmosphere. There’s something for every mood here—from nature and exercise to local gems.
