Top-floor flat with views over Oslo and Østmarka

This top-floor apartment offers views of Oslo and the Østmarka forest. Sunlight streams in through the window for much of the day. Here, you’ll find an atmosphere that combines a cozy, warm feel with a distinct industrial touch.

The apartment is 33 m² and features a living room, bedroom, and bathroom. The coffee table and closet handles are custom-made from steel. The bathroom has been newly renovated with beige Marazzi tiles inspired by terracotta and features a mirror that stretches from the sink to the ceiling.

From the apartment, you can easily reach Mathallen at Vulkan with its food stalls, and Grünerhaven is right nearby if you want to relax in the park. The Tom Wendelboe coffee bar is just a few minutes’ walk away for your morning coffee.

Grünerløkka offers a wide selection of local shops, ranging from vintage to modern interior design and clothing. Nearby, you’ll find the wine bar Territoriet, known for its cheese platter and great music. A karaoke bar is also nearby if you’d like to keep the evening going.
