This villa welcomes you to the countryside of Menfi, where tranquility reigns supreme. Its prime location allows you to easily reach both the town and the crystal-clear beaches, where loggerhead sea turtles lay their eggs. Your Blue and Green Flag beach is just a few minutes away.

The interior spaces are simple and in harmony with the surrounding nature. The living room with kitchen includes a sofa bed for two people. The double bedrooms have direct access to the outdoors, without passing through the living room. Two full bathrooms with showers serve the interior of the house.

Outside, a shimmering pool awaits you, perfect for evenings under the starry sky. You’ll find deck chairs, sun loungers, and umbrellas at your disposal. An additional bathroom with a shower and hot water completes the outdoor spaces. The dirt road leading to the villa is easily passable.
