Contemporary villa with private pool in Sotta

This brand-new, single-storey villa in Sotta accommodates 6 people in an enclosed, landscaped garden, secluded and away from prying eyes. The private heated pool, shaded terrace, and secure parking make this stay in southern Corsica an experience without compromise. You're just 20 minutes from the beaches of Porto-Vecchio and Bonifacio.

The air-conditioned interior centres around a bright living room with a dining area and a well-equipped open kitchen. The three bedrooms feature high-end bedding—two with king-size beds, and the third with two adjustable single beds. The two travertine-tiled bathrooms are equipped with walk-in rain showers. Bed linens and towels are included.

The shaded terrace, directly accessible from the living room, offers comfortable seating and an outdoor kitchen with a griddle. Here, you can prepare meals al fresco before heading to the heated pool, surrounded by the fully enclosed landscaped garden. The ground-level access makes coming and going easy.

From the villa, head to Bonifacio to watch the sunset, or visit the beaches of Santa Giulia and Palombaggia. The Aiguilles de Bavella offer panoramic views of the Porto-Vecchio region. You’ll also find Chez Ange on Rondinara Bay and the A Murena gourmet shop for Corsican specialties.
