Imagine a secluded cottage on Thyholm, perfectly integrated into the scenic surroundings of the North Sea and Limfjord. With a prime waterfront location, this home combines modern design with respect for nature.
Indoors, the 87-square-meter house is decorated with a mix of recycled furniture and modern aesthetics. Large panoramic windows and skylights ensure a bright and inviting space that is perfect for relaxing and socializing.
Outside, you'll find a large terrace of 166 square meters where nature takes over. An old oak tree is beautifully integrated into the terrace and the area invites you to relax in the hammock or take a walk down to the water along the private path through the forest.
The local area is rich in activities - from water sports and nature to gastronomic experiences at the nearby Michelin-starred restaurant. If you're looking for a day in nature, the Hellerød Kær hiking route is an option. An approximately 3 km long hiking route through varied landscapes such as heath, pasture and swamp forest. Whatever the season, Thyholm offers scenic experiences.

The story of our cottage is deeply connected to the story of Inge's family. Once upon a time, Inge's great-grandfather's sheep grazed on the heath at Serup Strand and the wind from the Limfjord shaped the landscape. In the 1960s, Inge's grandfather planted small pine trees to protect against sand blowing. This is exactly where we have now built our summer house. We've converted our family plot into this beautiful cottage. It's a place filled with history and a love of nature, and we can't wait to share it with you.

Beautiful house in wonderful surroundings. The ingenious terrace surrounding the house makes it possible to always find a sunny spot, and exits from all rooms mean that there is always a smooth transition between indoors and outdoors. Located in the middle of the wonderful Limfjord landscape.
