House with private jetty in Kuggören

You will stay in authentic Kuggören on Hornslandet, where the sea meets the forest in a car-free fishing village. Here you will find three buildings: a log cabin with a fireplace, a guest cottage with glass walls, and a boathouse with a sauna. A private jetty, hot tub, and private beach make every day an archipelago experience. You wake up to a sea view and fall asleep to the sound of waves lapping against the shore.

The main building is a classic log cabin with three bedrooms, a bright living room with a fireplace, and a glassed-in porch. The guest cottage has large glass sections facing the water – perfect for guests who want their own space. The boathouse by the water has a sauna, shower, washing machine, and sleeping loft. There are a total of eight beds and two sofa beds.

The plot faces south with evening sun on most of the jetty. Several outdoor seating areas in different directions allow you to follow the sun throughout the day – on the patio, the wooden deck by the water, or at the gable end of the house. Wi-Fi with 150 Mbit is available. You will be staying as close to the water as possible, with the beach right next to the boathouse.

Swim from the shallow beaches or the rocky shores in the surrounding area. Hike through the Hornslandet nature reserve with its coastal paths and forest trails. Paddleboard in the sheltered bay or explore the islands of Agön and Kråkön. Take a day trip to Högbonden lighthouse or visit Hölick with its long beaches. Hudiksvall is 30 minutes away for restaurants and shopping.
