We are Jacob and Lea, and together with our two boys aged 7 and 12, we have created our little oasis away from everyday life in Copenhagen. We love the contrast between city life and nature, and have retained the house's 80s soul while modernizing it. For us, summer house life is about being close to nature, picking blackberries, and exploring the area.

We really enjoyed Lea and Jacob's lovely summer house. A wonderful house with real soul and warmth, beautiful decor, good rooms, and a fantastic large kitchen/living room where there was space to cook good food, play games, enjoy the wood-burning stove, and relax on the sofa. We enjoyed the autumn sun in the beautiful garden, which has plenty of space for both children and adults.
Jacob and Lea also gave us lots of great recommendations for the local area, so we went on lots of wonderful trips in the area – to Ordrup Næs, Hækbæk apple orchard and a cold dip at the fantastic bathing jetty in Odrup. We would love to come back and pass on our warmest recommendations.
