Welcome to this charming house in Solrød, right next to a fantastic sandy beach and forest. Here you can enjoy the tranquillity of nature, the sound of the sea, and the birdsong—all without any traffic noise. The house is within walking distance of the Solrød town centre, which offers restaurants, shops, and everything you might need for a relaxing holiday.

Inside, the house offers a cosy, homey atmosphere with plenty of space for the whole family. The owners have preserved the original cottage style but added modern conveniences. The cottage's well-maintained and exudes Danish cosiness. There’s even a nearby charging point for your electric car. Outside, a large garden awaits, with plenty of space for play and relaxation. Here, you can enjoy the sun while the kids play, or take a stroll down to the beach, which is right in your backyard. The area around the house offers plenty to explore. In addition to the nearby beach, you'll find great opportunities for walks in the protected forest, and the Solrød shopping centre's just a short walk away. You can also take the train into Copenhagen—it only takes 25 minutes.

Please note that, in addition to the main house, there's a separate guesthouse on the property with its own entrance. Our discreet neighbour, Jannik, lives there. You'll have the entire garden and the surrounding area all to yourselves, so you can relax and enjoy your stay.
