With the beach only 700 metres from the terrace door, this grassy cottage is ideal for the family of water dogs. The cottage has been renovated with great emphasis on sustainable materials, Nordic design and the possibility of many activities for the whole family.
There are four bedrooms and two completely refurbished bathrooms with showers. The heart of the cottage is the cosy living area and the large living room. Here you can enjoy the cosy moments in front of the wood stove with games, books or a good movie. In continuation of the living areas is the fine carpenter's kitchen with gas stove and fully equipped for your holiday meals.
The summer house is situated on a beautiful natural plot with a lovely heated spa. From the living rooms there is access to the covered terrace where dinner can be enjoyed. The beach is not far away, and when the sand and sea water need to be rinsed off, you can do so under the open sky in the outdoor shower.
Children of all ages are catered for with a table tennis table, playhouse, sandpit, climbing wall and table football. The garden is completely undisturbed, so sun loungers can be enjoyed in peace on the large lawn.

We are Timo and Julia, and we love to travel. When we're away we seek inspiration, relax and gather energy. Our cottage is inspired by the surfing environment, because I've spent an incredible amount of time here. In the winter we travel to South Africa to surf, get warmed up and enjoy life.
Although I have been travelling to Cape Town for the last 20 years, Marielyst itself is one of my favourite places. For many years, the town has been awarded the prize for Denmark's best beach. There are many restaurants, live music, leisure activities and experiences to explore. In addition, it is an ideal starting point for discovering the whole of Lolland-Falster.
