The large windows in the living room and kitchen-dining room invite nature inside and ensure a fantastic amount of light all year round. In winter, when the trees have shed their leaves, you can watch the ships passing through the Langeland Belt from the living room.

Outside, you can enjoy a lovely terrace overlooking a well-kept garden that ensures privacy with its thoughtful planting. It creates a wonderful space where you can relax and take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The area offers nature experiences such as Tranekær Castle, Medicinhaverne and Bigården, as well as the coastal towns of Lohals and Bagenkop. North of you, you'll find creative expression in transformer towers, while the south island beckons with bird sanctuaries and clear weather where you can see all the way to Kiel.

Hi, our names are Simon and Lene

We are very much looking forward to welcoming you.

We are super outdoor enthusiasts and love being in our cottage with our adult children and their boyfriends.

We enjoy the peaceful blue and green surroundings all year round. The cottage is less than 200 meters from the water's edge. from our terrace we can follow the international shipping traffic in and out of the Baltic Sea via the Langeland Belt.

If you like fishing, enjoy trout days April 27-28, 2024. There is also plenty of fishing from the shores from September to April and you can buy fishing trips and rent boats in Spodsbjerg harbor.

Hiking trips? Langeland's area is 284km2 covering forest, beach, meadows, hills and much more. So just go for it. There are several books with hiking map routes in the cottage.

If you're looking for activities on the water, check out Shores Langeland and if you're into cycling, sign up for the gravel bike race Langeland Rundt on August 31. There are 2 routes, one of 68 km and one of 126 km. Other year-round routes are Herregårdsruten and Tranekærruten.

Our house is architect designed by Povl Erik Hansen's studio. It is designed with no wasted space and lots of light.

In our holiday home, the bed is made when you arrive and there is a towel for everyone. There are also tea towels, dishcloths etc. available. Please check the pre-arrival guide for what exactly is included in the rental.
