At Asserbo Plantage, between the beautifully changing trees of the forest, you'll find this fine wooden house from 1969. The house is simple in its interior design and the choice of furniture brings a timeless feel to the rooms. There's room for the family with children to unfold without being overly concerned about the house.
In the kitchen-dining room, the high ceiling gives a feeling of openness and space in the room. From the cozy sofa in the corner of the living room, you can look out at nature through the large windows, while the wood-burning stove fills the room with its warm and atmospheric crackling. The lovely children's room invites you to read aloud together in the light from the Mickey Mouse lamps, while the cute play kitchen inspires lots of fun for the little ones.
The house is set on a large and wild natural plot where there's room for both play and relaxation. Cook a delicious dinner in the simple outdoor kitchen while the kids jump on the trampoline. The south-facing terrace is sunny all day, while the roof provides shade during the hottest hours. You'll also find bikes in the house so you can ride out and enjoy the beautiful North Zealand countryside.

Peace, shade and shelter between the beautiful trees in the forest summer house
Far to the nearest neighbor and plenty of space on the 2400 sqm natural plot
An interior with a few design classics in keeping with the style of the house
Our names are Frederik and Sabrina. In the summer of 2021, we fell in love with this beautiful holiday home, which we now share with our two children. We live in an apartment in Frederiksberg, and while we love life in the big city, we also love being able to go out to the house, which is located in the middle of nature. As soon as we turn down the gravel road, we lower our shoulders and calmness settles around us. Here we have found our natural sanctuary where we can forget the sometimes gray everyday life.
When we are here, we often drive past the local farms and buy fresh vegetables, while we also like to come home with something delicious from Galst bakery or the fishmonger in Holløselund. We love walking or cycling in the area, and in the fall we go mushroom hunting in Tibirke Bakker.

Really lovely house on a large plot surrounded by the wild vegetation that characterizes Asserbo. Well-appointed house, a modern update with soul. There is everything a family with children can dream of.
