The house offers a total of 167 square meters divided into four bedrooms, one with access to the garden, two large, luxurious bathrooms, two lofts and two children's beds for the smallest members of the family. In the middle of the house, you'll find a large open-plan kitchen where the whole family can gather to cook over the island, play board games or compete on Playstation and Wii.

From the kitchen area there is a lovely view and access to the large wooden terrace that runs all the way around the house. Here you and your family can enjoy the summer with food from the Weber grill or a cool evening in front of the garden fireplace. The enclosed and fenced garden can be freely used by the whole family, including the four-legged friends, for play and other activities.
