Timber cabin with ski-in access at Solheisen

You will find this log cabin in the middle of Solheisen Ski Center, just 10 minutes from downtown Hemsedal. Here you can ski right from the door, and when you come back in, you will be greeted by an authentic mountain atmosphere with a view of Svarthetta from the sofa. The cabin offers peace and quiet, fresh air, and fantastic days in the snow.

The cabin is compact and practically furnished with three bedrooms and space for six people. The living room has a fireplace, a dining table for eight, and a sofa placed right by the window with a view. The kitchen has an oven, refrigerator, and espresso machine. The bathroom has underfloor heating, and there is plenty of space for ski boots and jackets in the entrance area.

The sunny terrace faces west and provides light from morning to evening. From here, you have a direct view of the mountains and can follow the changing light over the peaks throughout the day. This is the place to relax after a day in the snow – with coffee, blankets, and the view.

Solheisen is right outside the door with slopes, jumps, and rails. Hemsedal Ski Center is ten minutes away with long slopes and good conditions. You can also go on summit tours to Svarthetta, Harahorn, or Kvitiangene – a guidebook and map are available in the cabin. Cross-country trails stretch towards Bulidalen or Tuv, where you will find a cozy café.
