You have the open plains right outside your door, with hiking trails and open landscapes. In the summer, there are great swimming spots, and in the winter, there are groomed ski trails right nearby.

The center of Røros is five minutes away—a World Heritage Site with many attractions. Visit Olavsgruva, go horseback riding in Hessdalen, or keep an eye out for reindeer along the roads. The area offers wonderful hikes and experiences year-round.
