Two unit villa with private pool close to Lucca

Welcome to Arnolfa, located just north of Lucca, surrounded by a large olive grove and with a splendid view of the Tuscan countryside. Here you can enjoy maximum privacy in two separate villas, ideal for two families who want to spend their holidays together, but at the same time maintain their privacy.

One of the houses is on two floors with an entrance from a furnished pergola, a very spacious and well-furnished living room with excellent relaxation facilities and a fireplace. Three steps lead to the dining room with its characteristic long wooden table and well-equipped kitchen.

On the ground floor there is also a spacious double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.

On the first floor, there is a small living room with a sofa and satellite TV, a double bedroom, and a large bathroom with a shower, two bedrooms with two single beds each, and a bathroom with a shower. This house does not have air conditioning.

The second house is air-conditioned and has three floors with an entrance from a furnished pergola leading to a living room with kitchenette and bathroom. Half a floor higher, there is a small living room with TV, a bedroom with a French double bed, and a private bathroom with shower.

On the first floor, there is a twin bedroom and another bedroom with a single bed and a 1.80 m bed built into the wall like a raised niche.

The décor is a charming mix of modern comforts and traditional Tuscan elements, such as exposed beams and terracotta floors.

Outside, you can enjoy the good weather under the large, well-furnished pergola or by the private swimming pool, which is located in an elevated position above the villas and surrounded by deck chairs (the pool is accessible from April 27 to October 19). The garden and outdoor terraces are perfect for relaxing and dining al fresco while enjoying the panoramic view.

The location is ideal for nature lovers and those who want to explore Tuscany. Lucca is just a few minutes' drive away, and the region offers both historical attractions and nature experiences. There are several excellent restaurants nearby, and the nearby cities of Pisa, Florence, and the beautiful beaches of Versilia are also just a few minutes' drive away.
