One house is on two floors with an entrance from a furnished pergola, a very spacious and well-appointed living room with plenty of opportunities for relaxation and a fireplace. Three steps lead to the dining room with its characteristic long wooden table and well-equipped kitchen.

On the ground floor there is also a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there is a small living room with a sofa and satellite TV, a bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom with shower, two bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with shower. This house does not have air conditioning.

The second house has air conditioning and extends over three floors, with an entrance from a furnished pergola to a living room with kitchenette and toilet. Half a floor higher is a small living room with TV, a bedroom with a French double bed, and a private bathroom with shower.

On the first floor, there is a double room with separate beds and another room with a single bed and a 1.80 m wide bed built into the wall as a raised alcove.

The interior is a charming blend of modern amenities and traditional Tuscan elements such as old beams and terracotta floors.

Outside, you can enjoy the good weather either under the large, well-appointed pergola or by the private pool, which is raised above the villas and surrounded by sun loungers. The garden and outdoor terraces are perfect for relaxing and dining al fresco while enjoying the picturesque views.

The location is ideal for nature lovers and those who want to explore Tuscany. Lucca is only a few minutes away by car, and the region offers both historical sights and nature experiences. There are several very good restaurants nearby, and the nearby cities of Pisa, Florence, and the beautiful beaches of Versilia are also only a few minutes away by car.
