immerse yourself in Silkeborg´s wonderful nature

This lovely holiday home is located in a protected heather area and on a beautiful natural plot. It is decorated with a focus on coziness and has room for six overnight guests in two bedrooms and a small alcove in the living room for the children. The living room has a high ceiling, which gives the room airiness and spaciousness. In open connection with the living room, there is a newer kitchen-dining room with a coffee machine and everything you need to make great dinners for the family.

The large windows and patio doors open up to the magnificent nature just outside. Here you can enjoy the view of the heather-clad hills of Sindbjerg and Stoubbjerg from the terrace. The house is located close to the local train line that runs between Aarhus and Herning, which makes a few seconds of noise a few times an hour. In the Nordskoven forest just behind the cottage, there is some of the best mountain biking terrain in Denmark. You can also take a walk and get good exercise by climbing the two peaks in the protected heather area. There are many great experiences all around Silkeborg's lovely nature. Within a few minutes' walk there are two beautiful beaches by the Gudenåen river called 'De små fisk' and 'Ladepladsen', and both Ålekroen and Ludvigslyst are good restaurants.

During the summer period from June - August, check-in is generally only on Saturdays and with a minimum of 5 nights. However, it is of course always okay to make a request for more or less. The wood-burning stove cannot be used.
