This architect-designed house from the 1970s offers a retreat for up to eight people surrounded by greenery. The 140 m² of living space was lovingly renovated in 2024 and offers a bright living and dining area with views of the garden and the adjacent forest. Perfect for families, groups of friends, or couples.
Three bedrooms offer space for your group, and there is also a sofa bed in the separable living room. Two bathrooms with bathtub and shower ensure comfort. The well-equipped kitchen invites you to enjoy cooking evenings together, while the living room is perfect for relaxing movie and game nights.
The southeast-facing terrace leads to the large garden – ideal for playing, barbecuing, or simply taking a deep breath. Children will find plenty of space to run around while you enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. Two dogs are welcome. Toys, cribs, and high chairs are available.
The Muldental valley is perfect for walks and bike rides right on your doorstep. Discover the imposing Rochlitz Castle, the fairytale Kriebstein Castle, or the Rochlitz Mountain with its red porphyry. Chemnitz, the 2025 Capital of Culture, is only 40 minutes away. The central location makes trips to Leipzig and Dresden easy.
Tourism Fee not included
A Tourism Fee is a mandatory fee that you have to pay when visiting certain tourism areas in Germany. The fee is not included in the price because it depends on where you stay, how many nights you stay, how old you are and if you're bringing your dog. The fee usually varies between €0 and €4 per adult per night, but may be 5% in certain areas, such as Berlin. It should be settled with the host upon arrival.
