Artist's summer house from 1792, Råbylille Strand

This holiday home on Råbylille Strand on the island of Møn tells the story of the Danish painter and author Anne Marie Telmányi, who owned it until her death in 1983. The oldest part dates back to 1792, and the initials on the west-facing gable serve as a reminder that the house was once a gathering place for artists.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodate eight guests, so there’s plenty of room for family or friends. As evening falls, you can light the wood-burning stove and gather indoors. In the wardrobe, you’ll find a door featuring portraits of Anne Marie and Emil Telmányi, as well as scenes from Møns Klint.
