Please note that there are three separate dwellings on the property. The main house, Højsande, the forest house on 60 km2, and the annex on 40 km2 are all located on a 5000 m2 plot.
The private pool is the crown jewel of the house, perfectly integrated into the natural garden. From the pool area, there is a wonderful feeling of peace and tranquility, while the forest around you provides shelter and privacy. The garden offers several cozy nooks where you can enjoy the sunset.
From your private forest path, you have direct access to the beach, where you can swim, go for long walks, or just enjoy the sound of the waves. The area is known for its rich wildlife, and you will often be able to spot birds and other animals in the surrounding nature.
