You’ll spend your Fehmarn vacation in a sustainably renovated vacation home with upscale amenities. Underfloor heating in every room, luxurious bathrooms, electric shutters, and high-quality furniture create a comfortable atmosphere. The spacious garden with a terrace is perfect for relaxing and barbecuing. Since there is another apartment in the house that is also rented to vacationers, we are especially looking forward to welcoming families and quiet travel groups.

Through the spacious entryway, you reach the open living-dining-kitchen area with a high-quality Nolte kitchen and a large oak table. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a home office area and a spacious bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower. Upstairs, three bedrooms with exposed beams and a shower room await you.

Through the large lift-and-slide window, you can access the terrace, which features a grill, a parasol, and high-quality garden furniture. A private parking space is available for your use. You can use the washer and dryer free of charge in the separate laundry room. The house is equipped with a PV and solar thermal system.

Staberdorf is ideally located between the natural beach on the Staberhuk cliffs and the sandy beach at Meeschendorf—both about 2 kilometers away. The South Beach with its promenade is 4.5 kilometers away and easily accessible by bike. The island’s capital, Burg, with its supermarkets and historic old town, is 6 kilometers from the house.
