The apartment features three bedrooms and a loft with two additional beds. At the center stands a handcrafted oak dining table where you can spend time together. The underfloor heating ensures warmth and comfort even during the cold season.

The chestnut trees to the east provide shade, while from the property you might spot sheep in the meadow or the farm cat hunting mice. The garden and the surrounding orchard meadow invite you to linger and offer direct contact with nature.

Visit the thousand-year-old Tassilo linden tree, the Baroque Wessobrunn Monastery, or hike through the rare Paterzell yew forest. The Brettleweg trail leads you along wooden planks through the moorland to the famous Wieskirche. The Alps are just a stone’s throw away.
