Undisturbed and charming nordic gem surrounded by nature

We are a family of four - Rasmus, Annelise and our two children, Eva and Jens, who love being in our cottage and who have a dream of a childhood up here. The garden is big and wild, so there's plenty of room to hide, make caves, run around the house (the terrace goes all the way round), and the kids even go to their friends on the same road, make stalls out on the road and bathe a lot. We even love the complete tranquility that reigns here and we very often have guests who stay and spend the night, hang out in the garden, cook on the grill and drink a lot of wine under the open sky. There are almost windows and glass doors everywhere, so light pours in everywhere, a very beautiful sight, and you feel like you're in nature all the time, even when you're inside. When we're here, we don't have to do anything, we just take our time with the little things. For example, we are much better at cooking here than at home, even on the fire, for which we have a good pancake pan. From the house it is about 500 meters to the two different beaches on both sides, we usually go to the Sejerøbugten, where there is a bathing bridge and which faces away from the main road. It is never very crowded, just quiet, and here children can throw stones, catch crabs from the bridge, pick flowers and of course swim. The beach is a wide meadow, the houses are not quite close to the water, so there is a nice sense of wide open spaces. The nature is very beautiful on these edges, a bit rough with a lot of heather and conifers, beautiful in all seasons. The area is blooming too! A very nice bakery, Tír Bakery, has recently come to the area, Kiosken på Odden (cheese and wine), and then of course there is Birkemosegårds Gårdbutik and restaurant and the obligatory Odden Fisk, a very nice fish shop down in Havnebyen.
