The spacious common room has high ceilings and space for both a kitchen, dining area, and two cozy sofa groups. Three patio doors lead out to the 100 m² terrace. The house has three bedrooms, two of which are connected to the common room, and two bathrooms ensure a high level of comfort.

The large terrace offers several seating areas with both sun and shade, where you can enjoy the view of the fields and the fjord. Here you can relax in the hammock or gather around the barbecue as the sun moves around the house.

The area offers great swimming experiences at Sandskredet and Unnerød beach. Visit the charming town of Nykøbing, explore Malergården, or buy local specialties in the area's farm shops. The nearby campsite offers mini golf and an outdoor pool for the little ones.
