Frank and Martin’s nearly 100-year-old brick house stands completely on its own on a large garden plot. Don’t worry: they’ve lovingly renovated it, and it now combines charming style with modern comforts. Thanks to high-speed fibre-optic internet (up to 200 Mbit/s), the house is also perfect for an inspiring “workation” or a few relaxing days of work surrounded by nature. Here, you can unwind from the stress of everyday life in complete peace—even though you're so close to the city.

The spacious garden's perfect for relaxing, barbecuing, and enjoying long summer nights on the terrace under the starry sky. On cooler days, you'll be able to make yourself comfortable indoors: the house has two wood-burning stoves—one in the living room and one in the library. Firewood's included in the price and is plentiful, so nothing stands in the way of cosy evenings spent with a good book.

The surrounding area also offers great places to visit: In addition to Cuxhaven, Wingst Zoo and a riding stable with Icelandic horses are major draws—a highlight for a family holiday! Nature lovers will find beautiful hiking and walking trails right on their doorstep, and you'll want to visit the nearby North Sea beach during your stay.
