When you step inside, you will quickly notice that the cottage has been created with attention to detail with underfloor heating, large windows and stylish features. The heart of the house is installed with a beautiful carved kitchen where you can be together for cooking, a wood stove, a long table where everyone can gather and a sofa corner that invites you to cozy moments. Here the colours are muted and the beautiful wooden slats in the ceiling create a special calm and atmosphere. Behind the kitchen is the entrance hall, where the cupboards hide a lot of games. At the other end of the house, the bedrooms and bathrooms are grouped together, where you will also find a children's room with lots of good books and toys. It's a quiet place to take a nap and get a good night's sleep. Outside there is also an annex with its own toilet.

We are a family of four and as soon as the opportunity arises, we rush to our little oasis in the beautiful Odsherred. A place where our shoulders are lowered, relaxing in the hot tub and sauna. Or sit in a sunny spot on the terrace. Enjoy a nice walk or jog in the beautiful area.
We bought the land 5 years ago, and together with an architect we have created a holiday home that fulfills our dreams; a family room where we can all gather, many rooms for guests and a wonderful outdoor life. A place we want to share with you too.
The first thing we do when we arrive is open the doors and take in the garden, maybe even enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace. Almost every day we take a walk on the beach and take a dip in the sea. If it's winter, we fire up the wood-burning stove, hot tub and sauna while looking for a deer or two.
When we go shopping, we like to drive to Birkemosegaard or to the fishmonger in Havnebyen. You won't find better vegetables and fish locally anymore. We also enjoy stopping by Kiosken på Odden - a small wine and cheese pop-up shop. If we go on a little trip, we often go to Nykøbing Sjælland with good delicatessen shops, cafés and a cozy pedestrian street. As a family with children, we also enjoy going to Sommerland Zealand or Odsherred Zoo which has the cutest lemur family.
