Designed oasis full of detail

In the fantastic Odsherred you will find a lovely, newly built cottage just ten minutes walk from a lovely beach. The house is architect-designed with a focus on space, warmth and soul, perfect for the family who loves to get completely into gear in exclusive and scenic surroundings.

When you step inside, you will quickly notice that the cottage has been created with attention to detail with underfloor heating, large windows and stylish features. The heart of the house is installed with a beautiful carved kitchen where you can be together for cooking, a wood stove, a long table where everyone can gather and a sofa corner that invites you to cozy moments. Here the colours are muted and the beautiful wooden slats in the ceiling create a special calm and atmosphere. Behind the kitchen is the entrance hall, where the cupboards hide a lot of games. At the other end of the house, the bedrooms and bathrooms are grouped together, where you will also find a children's room with lots of good books and toys. It's a quiet place to take a nap and get a good night's sleep. Outside there is also an annex with its own toilet.

The fantastic wooden terrace spreads around the whole house, so it is always possible to find a sun spot and some shelter. Here you will also find a delicious outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a fire pit, making it possible to have all the day's meals outside in the good weather. Between the house and the annex, a small atrium has been created with plants and a long table, making it possible to be outside even on a rainy day. On the terrace between the doors to the two bathrooms you will find an outdoor shower, ready to take salt water and water. The garden invites you to play and move around with a playhouse/pirate, a trampoline, swings, and a large green lawn you can tumble around in. The playhouse is also created as a shelter where you can nap at night. You'll also find a newly established berry patch with lots of berry bushes, and behind the house, a flower meadow is just around the corner.

A ten-minute walk or a five-minute bike ride will land you on the lovely, child-friendly beach where you can dip your feet or take a dip. You can also cycle to the cosy harbour town for an ice cream or to buy fresh fish to take home for dinner. If you want to go for a little walk, you can go to Nykøbing Sjælland, which has good delicatessen shops, various cafés and a pleasant pedestrian street. If you want to spend the day with the kids, you can go to the water park at Sommerland Sjælland and try out the rides or go to Odsherred Zoo and see some exciting animals.
