This architect-designed mountain house from 2022 is strategically located high up on the mountainside, with direct access to Nordic Ski's ski trails in winter and hiking trails in summer. The modern house offers a perfect base for both adventure and relaxation in the Swedish mountains.

The bright and open living room is the heart of the house, with a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area for up to 12 people. A warming wood-burning stove creates atmosphere, while large windows frame the mountain views. Three bedrooms plus a sleeping loft provide plenty of space for the whole party.

A sunny south-facing terrace invites you to long breakfasts and afternoon relaxation with panoramic views of the mountains. The sauna with access to the terrace is a perfect end to active days.

Tänndalen offers year-round activities with 300 km of cross-country ski trails, challenging off-piste and exciting snowmobile trails in winter. In summer, the area attracts hiking trails, bike rides and fishing in crystal clear mountain lakes. Cozy waffle huts are within easy reach for a well-deserved break.
