The left half of the historic watermill, built in 1833, offers you a private living space for up to four guests. Quietly situated near Börm, surrounded by streams and nature, it is the perfect retreat for couples, families, or small groups.
The open living area forms the heart of the apartment: the kitchen, dining area, and sofa corner flow seamlessly into one another. The two bedrooms and two modern bathrooms with showers offer plenty of space and comfort. A washer, dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen make longer stays hassle-free.
The large, private property invites you to linger: a terrace, garden, various seating areas, and a beach chair await you. There are play areas for children, and the grill is ready for use. Right in the house, you’ll find a game room, billiards, foosball, table tennis, and a small fitness area.
Upon request, a linen package—which includes bed linens, towels, and dish towels—can be added for €19.50 per person.
The location between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea is ideal for day trips. Nearby is Bergenhusen, the famous stork village. The Alte Sorge, Lahn, Eider, and Treene rivers characterize the water-rich landscape—perfect for walks and bike rides. Parking is available right at the house.
Tourism Fee not included
A Tourism Fee is a mandatory fee that you have to pay when visiting certain tourism areas in Germany. The fee is not included in the price because it depends on where you stay, how many nights you stay, how old you are and if you're bringing your dog. The fee usually varies between €0 and €4 per adult per night, but may be 5% in certain areas, such as Berlin. It should be settled with the host upon arrival.
